A chemical compound called Aceclofenac belongs to a class of Non Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) used in the treatment of several painful inflammatory conditions. Aceclofenacs action is mainly on the basis of the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. It is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase that is used to produce prostaglandins. It synthesises inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1 and tumor necrosis factor.

APPLICATION :- Relief of pain and inflammation
DESCRIPTION :- Aceclofenac chemical compound belongs to a group of Non Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) used to treat various painful inflammatory conditions. The mode of action of aceclofenac is largely based on the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. The Drugs inhibits synthesis of the inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1 and tumor necrosis factor and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production.
